Cybersecurity, BS


The BS in Cybersecurity Provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to competently scan, assess, report, and mitigate cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and exploits on information systems and technology. A graduate of the BS in Cybersecurity program is prepared to assess the security needs of computer and network systems, recommend safeguard solutions, and manage the implementation and maintenance of security devices, systems, and procedures. Includes instruction in computer architecture, scripting, systems analysis, networking, cryptography, security system design, applicable law and regulations, risk assessment and policy analysis, contingency planning, user access issues, investigation techniques, and troubleshooting.
