A wide range of scholarly leadership theories will be discussed, ranging from the miltary leadership models to Gardiner’s Servant Leadership Model. Students will self-assess to evaluate their own leadership and communication styles along with their own power and influence styles. These research based leadership theories will be applied to healthcare leadership and best practices.

Prerequisite: Admissions to MS MAH program.
