Endocrine, cardiovascular, hematopoietic, respiratory, gastrointestinal, neurological, and skeletal disorders. Tooth abnormalities, radiographic lesions, and oral tissue enlargements. Systemic and oral complications of HIV and AIDS. Lesion description emphasized.
